MASIA CAN FERRAN
At Can Ferran, the outdoor dining area is defined by shade, vegetation and the relaxed character of a Mediterranean masia.
For this project, Ambiazza’s Nude outdoor cushions were used to bring comfort, colour and textile depth to the restaurant’s terrace. The space required soft elements that could make the seating more inviting while remaining naturally connected to the architecture, the wood, the greenery and the atmosphere of the place.
The colour palette was inspired by the tones of the peacock: deep blue and vibrant green. These shades bring freshness, contrast and personality to the outdoor seating area, creating a visual rhythm along the long bench without overwhelming the space.
More than decorative accessories, the Nude cushions become part of the identity of Can Ferran: comfortable, expressive and closely linked to its natural surroundings.

The Nude cushions were selected to soften the outdoor dining area and make it more comfortable for long meals, relaxed conversations and moments of pause.
Their blue and green tones introduce a subtle reference to the elegance of peacock feathers, adding colour in a way that feels organic rather than decorative. The blue brings a fresh Mediterranean note, while the green connects directly with the surrounding plants and vegetation.
Together, both colours create a balanced textile composition: vibrant, but still natural; expressive, but integrated into the space.
In this project, cushions are used as a true design tool. They add softness to the wooden bench, contrast with the dark wall and bring warmth to the shaded terrace. Their presence makes the outdoor area feel more complete, more comfortable and more lived in.
