Yes, at AMBIAZZA we can manufacture products using fabrics other than those in our standard range, as long as they are available from our suppliers or provided directly to us. In any case, the fabrics must be suitable for outdoor use if they are to be used in parasols, cushions or poufs for outdoor use.

Yes, at AMBIAZZA we offer the possibility to customize products with fabric combinations according to your preferences. Our team is available to advise you in the selection of fabrics and colors that best suit your needs.

Yes, we manufacture fully customized outdoor cushions for sofas, armchairs, benches or existing furniture. We can adapt to any size, comfort level, fabric and color.

Functionality and components

No, bases are not included. We have recommended models for each parasol, available for purchase separately.

Mast diameter, climatic conditions, type of surface and local regulations. We can advise you to select the most suitable base.

No, our bases are not designed to incorporate casters. We recommend placing them in their final position of use.

Yes, spare parts such as fabrics and rods are available. You can request them indicating the corresponding model.

Yes, both models rotate 360 degrees thanks to their lever base system, which allows the shade to be oriented according to the time of day.

Yes, the models with reticulated foam structure such as Cala, Cascade and Sand have adjustable legs to level the pouf on uneven surfaces.

Materials and comfort

Depending on the model, the poufs are filled with cross-linked foam or high-density EPS beads, which ensure good drainage, comfort and durability.

Conventional foam can retain moisture and deteriorate. Reticulated foam has an open structure that facilitates drainage, ideal for outdoor use.

Density should be considered: the higher the density, the greater the firmness and durability. We recommend densities between 23 and 30 kg/m³ for a good balance between comfort and resistance.

Fabrics and maintenance

Class A fabrics are stronger and more durable. ECO fabrics are made from recycled materials and offer a sustainable alternative with less resistance.

At Ambiazza we group fabrics by price and performance ranges. The classification is detailed below:

Class A: Agora Panama, Agora Lines, Spradling Linetex, Olefin Roma and Batyline ISO.

Class B: Spradling Silvertex, Spradling Maglia and Silvertex Tannery.

Class C: Batyline Elios and Batyline Eden.

Class ECO: Sustainable fabrics, made from recycled or low environmental impact materials include: Sunbrella Heritage, Sunbrella Source, Amelia and Sorrento.

Yes, nautical type fabrics are very water resistant. However, there may be minor leaks at the seams after prolonged exposure.

It is recommended to use neutral soap and avoid abrasive products. Always consult the fabric manufacturer’s instructions.

Ideally, they should be stored in a dry, covered place, using protective covers if possible.

They are resistant woods, but we recommend applying a specific oil or sealer once a year to maintain their appearance and protect them from the weather.

Ordering and warranty

All orders must be placed by email and include a customer reference or order number. Handwritten orders are not accepted.

If you do not receive the proforma invoice within 24 to 48 hours, please contact us to verify that your order has been processed correctly.

No modifications are allowed after 24 hours from the receipt of the proforma invoice. We recommend that you carefully review all details upon receipt.

Approximately 25 to 30 days, depending on fabric availability and production load.

All products are warranted against manufacturing defects. You can check the details on our warranty page.

Yes, we offer to send you physical samples so you can see colors and textures before confirming.

No, customized products cannot be returned except in case of manufacturing defect.

For mainland Spain (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Formentera), orders under 800 € have a cost of 28 € for transport. For EXW orders, the customer must pick up the goods within a maximum of 20 calendar days after notification of availability.

If the order is not picked up on time, AMBIAZZA reserves the right to relocate it. In that case, it will be necessary to coordinate a new pick-up date with the team.

Any delay or irregularity in payment may result in the immediate suspension of pending orders. The legal and financial costs arising therefrom shall be borne by the purchaser.

Claims and refunds

Damage must be reported within 24 hours of unloading. Invoice, signed delivery note and, if possible, photographs of the damaged packaging must be included.

You must send an email with the invoice, a detailed description of the defect and photographs. AMBIAZZA will not process incomplete or late claims.

Returns are only accepted with prior authorization from AMBIAZZA and within a maximum period of 7 days from delivery.

All products are covered by a warranty against defects in material or workmanship. No returns are accepted for damage resulting from improper use.
